An old multi-use building in the YOEN business district. It will be renovated and used as a new hotel, office, and commercial facility. The second renovation project of Jingan-NEO.
建筑位于豫园商圈，属于商铺、酒店混合型商务楼。这次对整个建筑进行重新改造，
打造酒店、办公社区、商业配套与一身的城市小生态群。这也是继静安NEO之后
有关城市更新的第二个项目。
