Zone-Aの建築は、メイン施設とはなる延べ面積1万㎡ほどのゲストハウスとその他の小規模の建築群、ランドスケープ上の幕屋根から構成されています。
ゲストハウスは、施設のメインコンテンツである温泉が地中から恵みであることから、地面が隆起したようなボリュームとしています。地盤が捲れ上がった部分をエントランスとし、そこから、地中に入っていくような構成とすることで、利用客の「期待感」を演出しています。また、逆に、反対側のSPA Pool側からゲストハウスを見ると、地面が自然の植栽とともに傾斜状に連続しており、建築が自然に溶け込むような雰囲気を作っています。
その他の小規模の建築群も建築と自然の融合を目指し、「地層」、「樹木」、「葉っぱ」などをモチーフとした、有機的な形態をつくり、敷地に散りばめています。
ランドスケープ上の構造物としては、メインとなるSPA Poolに、施設のアイキャッチともなる水上の花であり、ベトナムの国花でもある「蓮の花」をモチーフにした大型の膜構造屋根を設置し、熱い気候での温泉入浴を考慮した利用者に心地よい日陰を提供しています。
This Zone-A architecture is composed of a guest house with a total area of about 10,000 m2, which is the main facility, other small buildings, and a curtain roof on the landscape.
The guest house has a volume as if the ground was raised because the hot springs that are the main content of the facility are blessed from the ground. The part where the ground is swollen is used as the entrance, and from there, it is configured to enter the ground, creating a “expectation” for the customers. On the other hand, when you look at the guesthouse from the SPA Pool side on the opposite side, the ground is continuous with natural planting, creating an atmosphere where the architecture blends in naturally.
Other small-scale buildings are also scattered around the site, creating organic forms with motifs such as “geosphere”, “trees”, and “leafs” aiming at the fusion of architecture and nature.
As a structure on the landscape, a large membrane structure roof with the motif of “lotus flowers”, which is a flower on the water that is the eye catch of the facility and the national flower of Vietnam, is installed in the main SPA Pool, It offers a pleasant shade for users considering hot spring bathing in hot weather.
Zone-A建筑的主要设施包括面积约1万㎡的迎宾楼、其他小规模的建筑群及景观上方的大屋顶。
迎宾楼的建筑构思来源于从地下涌出温泉，把地面挤压成隆起的形状的自然现象。被挤压出地面的切口部分作为建筑的入口，从那里走入使人仿佛置身地下，从而引发来客强烈的【期待感】。另外，呈现给反面SPA Pool一侧的，则是一道铺满绿植的地面一直延伸至斜面的绝好风景，在设计上营造出建筑融入自然的气氛。
对于其他小规模的建筑群，设计也是以建筑和自然融合为宗旨，利用【地层】、【树木】、【树叶】等题材，打造自然的有机形态，使其散布在度假区内。
在设施主要部分的SPA Pool中,设置引人注目的水上花型结构作为景观的主体。顶部是根据越南国花【莲花】的造型而设计成大型遮阳膜结构，为在热带环境中的来客提供良好、舒适的环境。
